I like them. Absolute Value was recommended to me by my next door neighbor and I was not disappointed. My A/C unit went down hard last summer. Can't complain - it was 25 years old! Nonetheless, Absolute lived up to their name by putting in a brand new unit - and quickly, because it was HOT! This is a family business and Vincent (the son) was courteous, friendly, and very professional... and BTW, the price was VERY reasonable. You won't feel gouged by these guys. I even got a visit by the father, Phil, asking if I was satisfied. Good job!

Finally a repair company that doesn't rip you off by suggesting unnecessary repairs. The tech showed up within 30 mins of me calling, was friendly and quick. Unfortunately they were unable to service my unit due to the structure of my building, but the text made some adjustments to the settings and my unit is already running 100 times better. Very honest company and highly recommend for your AC needs.
